This event is called the Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival. On major anniversary years like 2023, the event is moved to the middle of the summer and takes place at dealerships, the Harley-Davidson Museum, Veterans Park and many other places.

Normally the Hometown Rally, which was known as the Milwaukee Rally in the past, would take place over Labor Day weekend at the Harley dealerships across the Milwaukee area. This year marks Harley’s 120th anniversary and a huge event is planned to take place in July of 2023.
